when you use EasyStreet Alerts (easystreetalerts.com) and our associated
Discord bot.

We collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to operate the
Service.
- Discord Information: When you click
"Connect Discord," we authenticate your account via standard OAuth. We
collect your Discord User ID and monitor your Discord member
status/roles. This allows our bot to send you Direct Messages and
verifies your active subscription status. If your Direct Messages are
closed, we also store the identifier of the private Discord thread we
create to deliver your alerts.
- User Preferences: We store the choices you
make on our website so the bot knows when to alert you: the specific
games you select; which markets you want (spreads, totals, and
moneylines); which sportsbooks you care about; which alert types you
want and how large a moneyline move must be before we send one; any
price targets you set, along with the price and sportsbook that filled
them; and how frequently you are willing to be notified.
- Payment Information: We do not collect or
store credit card numbers. All billing, payment processing, and
subscription data are handled securely by our payment partner, Whop.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Deliver the core product (sending line movement and price target
alerts to your Discord DMs, or to a private Discord thread if your DMs
are closed).
- Authenticate your login on easystreetalerts.com.
- Verify via Whop and Discord that you have an active, paid
subscription to access the Service.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
3. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses minimal operational cookies necessary to maintain your
logged-in session (so you do not have to reconnect your Discord account on
every visit). We do not use intrusive third-party marketing pixels,
cross-site tracking cookies, or sell your browsing behavior to
advertisers.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share
information with essential third-party service providers needed to run
EasyStreet Alerts:
- Discord: To route and deliver your
personalized alert messages.
- Whop: To validate your subscription tier
and payment status.
- Infrastructure providers: Our application
and database are hosted by third-party cloud providers, who store this
data on our behalf and may not access it for their own purposes.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your
information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests
by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your
Discord authentication data and saved platform preferences. We retain your
data only for as long as you have an active account or as needed to
provide you with the Service. If you cancel your subscription, you may
request the deletion of your user profile and saved data by contacting
support.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age
or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone
under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have collected personal
data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that
information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect
operational or legal changes. We will notify active users of any
significant changes via Discord DM or by updating the "Last Updated" date
at the top of this page.
